Mixing ratio BY VOLUME
:

Use the volume ratio on your product label. Have a weight ratio? Split a known weight instead.

Estimate kit quantities & material cost Optional

Use the combined resin + hardener kit volume. Costs exclude labor, tax, fees and shipping.

MEASURE. MIX. MAKE.

A few measurements.
A clearer pour.

Start with the inside of the mold, not its outside edge. Then let the batch calculator combine the pieces.

How the numbers work
  1. 01

    Measure the cavity

Enter inside dimensions and fill depth, or choose Known volume when you have a reliable volume for one piece.

  2. 02

    Add the pieces

Each mold can have its own size and quantity. Extra material is a percentage you choose.

  3. 03

    Check the product ratio

The mold tool splits volume. A weight ratio belongs in the separate mixing calculator.

Resin calculator questions

Does the result include resin and hardener?

Yes. The total is the combined mixed volume. Part A and Part B are shown separately using your chosen ratio by volume.

Can I calculate an irregular mold?

Choose Known volume and enter a reliable cavity volume for one piece, before extra allowance. For example, six 80 mL cavities need 480 mL, or 528 mL with 10% extra. This mode accepts an amount you provide; it does not calculate irregular geometry. See the known-volume example.

Can I use grams instead of millilitres?

Use the mixing ratio calculator when you know the total weight and the manufacturer’s weight ratio. This mold tool does not guess density or turn a volume ratio into grams.

Does this choose a resin or recommend a pour depth?

No. It combines calculated or entered cavity volumes. Product suitability, maximum batch size, layer depth and cure conditions come from your exact product instructions.
